Ordering, Payment and Shipping
Please allow 7-10 days for your item to be created, if it is an in stock item, it will be shipped the following business day.
I gladly accept PayPal..
I ship USPS priority mail with a tracking number, which is $6.80+ flat shipping fee. Please note, if your item was delivered to the address given on the receipt as verified by tracking and you do not receive your purchase, I am not responsible for replacing that item. Please be confident in the address you are shipping to (dorm, apartment buildings, business..etc.)
Jewelry Care
My creations are one of a kind and I absolutely love this jewelry and wear it almost every day. Each piece is hand crafted with Premium crystals and set in high quality settings. However, it is considered costume jewelry and should be treated as such. Avoid harsh chemicals, showering or submerging in water when wearing. I recommend applying lotion and perfume prior to wearing your jewelry. NO jewelry cleaner, just wipe crystals and setting with a damp cloth, to preserve the beauty and luster of your piece. Store your jewelry away from humid conditions, such as the bathroom in an air tight container.
About The Settings
Each piece of jewelry is designed with Premium crystals from Austria. The settings themselves are handmade with the highest quality raw brass materials that make them durable and strong, in the coating process the pieces are plated with high quality metal finishes that are nickel free (except black and matte plating finishes)
My jewelry pieces are set in antique brass(muted gold), antique silver(muted silver), antique copper(muted rose gold) and matte black.
*If you see a piece of jewelry on my website but prefer it in another metal finish, send me an email with your order. The metal finishes I use are noted above.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you receive your purchase and are dissatisfied in any way, please contact me within 24 hours. It is utmost important to me that you are happy with your jewelry when you receive it.
Please contact me to discuss exchange options. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship back the item, as well as shipping of the new item and any difference in cost of the new item. Only one exchange is permitted, I do not accept full returns, except in extreme instances that will be handled on an individual basis. If you receive your item damaged, please contact me immediately, I ask that you document all damaged packaging and jewelry.
Replacement options will be given at that time. Depending on severity of damage, the item may be fixed or totally replaced.
Additional Information
Special Orders (anything not appearing on my website) are accepted, Contact me and we can work together to design your one of a kind creation. Depending on the complexity of the design a 10% custom order charge will be charged.
If you see an item that has already been created on my website, but prefer it in another metal finish, I can re-set it with no additional cost.
Please note: Some slight variation may occur with the crystals from what is pictured, due to lighting. I try to capture the true color in each photograph of my pieces, but sometimes due to the luster of some of the crystals it is sometimes off a little bit.
